From the heart of Pastor A.W. Gilyard
The practices of praying and fasting can be found in both the Old and New Testaments. BJCF has made fasting an important part of our church culture. Consecrating these 14 days will help us focus and receive God’s directions for the new year and what He wants to accomplish in our corporate and individual lives.
Make this an opportunity of a lifetime for you to see your spiritual position in God, change your life and take a turn for the better.
I personally invite you to take this Journey of Discovery with us and allow your heart to be open to God in a whole new way. Teach your children the practice of fasting and require them to give up something for God during this time.
The church and the world is in need of a fresh move of God. Seek God’s face for personal revival and use this time to reflect and project the success of God’s perfect will for your life.
