July 1st is the 182nd day of the year and marks part two. This is a time of reset!Forget the New Year’s resolutions, take inventory of your progress and repent (change your mind) for the lack thereof. Join us as we evaluate and forecast not just the rest of the year but the rest of our lives. We invite you to allow the champion within you to be cultivated and released! Daily Steps to Practice:

  1. Create a no-interruptions zone (at least 10 mins – 1 hour)
  2. Get at least 7 hours of sleep each night
  3. Make up your bed/hang up clothes (something to create external peace in your private space)
  4. Clean/better eating
  5. Temple maintenance – Get that heart rate up!
  6. Create a daily to-do list (get organized) and at the end of the day check off the accomplished and celebrate
  7. Practice gratitude and offer forgiveness
  8. Acknowledge humanity – acts of generosity
  9. Journal the journey
  10. Learn something new – information/skills/hobbies/ words
  11. Pay yourself…work, celebrate and save
